Ja hem acabat la primera de les quatre etapes que estructuren el projecte, l’ETAPA EMOCIONAL.
Aquesta, la vam començar a La Granja, tot posant a en pràctica competències i habilitats emocionals com el treball en equip, la cohesió, la confiança i l’autoconeixement.
I per que veieu tota la feina que ha fet l’equipas de La Granja, aquí us deixem algunes de les reflexions que han fet els alumnes després d’aquesta sortida...
“He aprendido que no podemos hacer cosas sin comunicarnos”
“tinc més confiança de la que m’imaginava”
“mi aula esta muy unida y no me habia dado cuenta hasta hoy”
“hay que respetar las ideas de los demás. Escucharlas, entenderlas y debatirlas”
“lo que hemos conseguido lo hemos hecho juntos, escuchandonos”
“es posible trabajar con los compañeros sin pelearse”
La segona part d’aquesta primera etapa la vam desenvolupar a l’aula. L’espai que acull però separa cada un dels quatre grups.
En aquesta segona sessió vam fer un recull de totes aquelles coses que, individualment, sentim envers la nostra tribu, manada o inclús família… més conegut com grup classe.
Ho vam fer d’una manera molt visual per ser capaços de veure l’impacte que tenim com a grup a nivell individual. Escrivint en post-its les coses que 🟠NO🟠 ens agraden del grup o no volem; les que ens AGRADARIA tenir o, si tenim, 🟡MILLORAR🟡; i finalment les que 🟢SÍ🟢 tenim i ens agraden.
D’aquí, vam extreure les competències i habilitats emocionals que tenim com a grup i, finalment, les vam de col·locar al “termòmetre de la classe” en funció de com de desenvolupades les tenim.
Finalment, tot i que no deixem de treballar les competències ja adquirides, hem tancat aquesa etapa per deixar pas a la següent, l'etapa d’ideació.
Per aquest canvi d’etapa hem treballat a partir de la identificació, a nivell individual, de conceptes emocionals treballats amb conceptes artístics i plàstics com els colors, les formes i l’art visual.
D’aquesta manera, l'alumnat ha sigut capaç de relacionar conceptes emocionals, es a dir emocions/sentiments, amb conceptes artístics i visuals.
I a tu, el color taronja que et transmet? i les formes orgàniques? i que me’n dius de la Barcelona Chair?
Maduresa, respecte, sinceritat, paciència o empatia han estat algunes de les respostes dels alumnes.
