This week in the Netherlands, aboard Tiamat, everything felt a little more electric.
Preparation, nerves, laughter, last-minute fixes… the quiet before a very loud adventure.
In 22 days, if we reach the minimum, this boat is ready to leave the harbor.
And we are all so looking forward for her to sail away.
We’re now aaaalmost at 50%.
Almost halfway there.
Almost halfway through this first stretch of the campaign.
And if we make it? The map unfolds like a promise:
three wild weeks crossing the English Channel,
a technical heartbeat stop in Lisbon,
slipping through the Strait of Gibraltar,
a pause in Mallorca to pick up one more pirate (and a whole treasure of materials),
then onward to the Ionian…
where Tiamat will rest for a breath before welcoming a whole, wide community onboard.
So the question is floating in the air like salt spray:
do we make it to the next wave?
We have to. There is no other storyline.
